I arrived wanting to reset my body — and that is exactly what happened. The Mayr cure with Dr Götsch was medically rigorous yet never clinical. After 10 days I was 4 kilos lighter, had a completely new relationship with food, and felt as though I had truly listened to my body for the first time. The fact that I could enjoy the spa, nature and excellent organic cuisine every day turned the cure into an experience, not a punishment.

Via the Resia Pass, drive through Val Venosta to Forst and turn right towards Marling about 100 m after the Försterbräu brewery – after 1.5 km you will find the hotel on the left. Via the Brenner Pass, take the Bolzano South exit, follow the MEBO motorway towards Merano until Castel Forst, then turn left towards Marling.
The hotel is just a 5-minute walk from Marling train station. If you book directly and arrive by train, you will receive a discount of €50.
Yes, upon request we can pick you up from Bolzano train station for a fee of €60.
Yes, both the MeranCard and the South Tyrol Guest Card are included in your stay. With these cards you can use all public transport in the region free of charge.
